Water and sewer are available and remaining land parcel sizes are negotiable.  Current businesses include: ATI Forged Products, Borah Teamwear, Chaseburg Manufacturing Inc., Industrial Heat Transfer, Krause Konstruction, and Star Storage.

Hillsboro’s North Industrial Park currently has about 13 acres remaining to be developed out of the original 60 acres.  Convenient access is available to Hwy 80, 33 and 82.  This Industrial Park is home to Whitehall Specialties, METCO, Ohio Earth Food, Champion House, and Verbsky Enterprises.

Hillsboro’s South Industrial Park is currently full, but additional adjacent land may become available in the future.  This Industrial Park is home to Kouba Well Drilling, Hillsboro Cement Products, Hillsboro Riverview Dairy, Prairie Ready Mix, and Slama Enterprises.

Viola's Industrial Park has complete infrastructure with paved streets, water, sewer, 3-phase power and immediate access to State Hwy 131 South.  Currently there are 3-5 acres available to be developed.  The Park is home to a company called GoMacro which manufactures all natural food bars.

The city-owned industrial park has 38 acres available out of the original 125 for development. Water, sewer, and electric service are installed to the property line and the streets are paved. The next Inventors and Entrepreneurs Club meeting is Wednesday, October 9th at the Food Enterprise Center, 1201 North Main Street in Viroqua. Networking starts at 5:30, program begins at 6:00 pm.

Jonah Curley, Grocery Manager at the Viroqua Food Co-op, will present How to get your product on the store shelf. Anyone who is interested in starting to sell their products in retail settings or is struggling with sales in the stores they are currently in, would benefit from this presentation.
